  • Position Overview

    The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Fredericton office, overseeing operations, staff, customer relationships, and financial results. This role combines leadership, coordination, and business development to ensure projects and service work are delivered efficiently and professionally.

  • Position Overview

  • Position Overview

    The Construction Project Manager oversees commercial and residential glass and glazing projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to company quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage commercial and residential glazing projects from award through completion

    • Coordinate with clients, installers, estimators, subcontractors, and suppliers

    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

    • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise

    • Ensure all work meets safety requirements, local building codes, and company standards

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports

    Qualifications

    • Experience in construction project management (glazing experience is a strong asset)

    • Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field

    • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Position Overview

    The Commercial Glazier is responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass in commercial buildings, working closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, replace, and repair glass systems in commercial buildings, including storefronts and office spaces

    • Measure, cut, and fit glass to precise specifications

    • Work with various glass types, including tempered, laminated, and insulated glass

    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

    • Prepare surfaces for installation, including cleaning, sealing, and alignment

    • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, glass cutters, and hoisting equipment

    • Collaborate with team members to meet project schedules and client requirements

    • Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations

    • Provide professional, customer-focused service on site

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a commercial glazier or in a similar role

    • Strong knowledge of glass types, installation methods, and safety practices

  • Position Overview

    The Automatic Door Technician installs, services, and troubleshoots automatic door systems for commercial clients across Atlantic Canada. This role focuses on ensuring door systems operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with industry standards while providing professional, responsive service in the field.

    • Install, service, and repair automatic door operators and related hardware

    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automatic Door Technician required

    • AAADM certification required

  • Position Overview

    The General Service Technician supports day-to-day service operations, assisting with glass repairs, hardware adjustments, and general maintenance for commercial and residential projects. This role works alongside experienced technicians to ensure service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with service, repair, and maintenance of glass systems and related hardware

    • Support experienced technicians on job sites

    • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs

    • Safely operate hand and power tools

    • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles

    • Provide professional and courteous service to customers

    • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

    • Complete basic service documentation as required

    Qualifications

    • Mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on skills

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, glazing, or service-related work

    • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

    • Comfortable lifting, climbing, and working on ladders when required

    • Valid driver’s licence

    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

    • Red Seal certification considered an asset, but not required
